Gallaher is hiring a Service Dispatcher for its growing Service Department, which serves a wide range of technologies including fire alarm and other life safety systems, monitoring accounts, and inspection & testing of systems. This position requires a very personable, customer-focused individual with the skills to assess and assist the wide variety of client needs within this department in the Alcoa, TN corporate office (Knoxville area). Gallaher is the area's exclusive Notifier by Honeywell dealer and is UL-Listed for fire alarm. Due to the specialized nature of the position, we have listed the opportunity in your area in hopes of developing an interest in Gallaher and inspiring the best candidate to join our team here in East TN! The position would require being permanently located within a normal commute time to our office.
