Sales associates will work with Department Managers to ensure customer satisfaction through engagement with guests, knowledge of products and store policies, and a willingness to step forward and help.
Sales associates be present on the floor to help assist with any questions or concerns our customers may encounter.
Responsibilities:
Maintain safety throughout the store by following correct procedures and safety codes of conduct.
Become familiar with various product knowledge and types of inventories carried.
Assist customers on the floor by actively engaging and helping to guide guests to the right item locations and answering questions about inventory or store policies.
Maintain aisles and displays by cleaning, changing barcode/price labels, building/tearing down displays, ensuring trash is disposed of correctly, and helping to keep stock full and organized.
Assist front end personnel with bagging and carry out options at times.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must pass the Responsible Wine Vendor course once hired.
