Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with dental collection processes is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient appointments and schedules.
Obtain and verify patient information.
Assist with dental billing and coding processes.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies.
Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
