The rep will be accountable for identifying qualified individuals based on the needs of clients, developing and growing a network of qualified candidates, and supporting our Sales team's ever expanding needs.
Major Responsibilities include:
Networking in all skilled trades areas Build and sustain strong relationships with networks in the field Prospect for leads to grow and develop new business Perform administrative functions critical to recruiting functions such as interviewing, cold calling, reference checking, and drug screening.
Job Requirements:
A Recruiter must have the ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record.
A team player attitude is expected.
We find that individuals who have a true passion for recruiting and are commission-driven are the representatives who succeed with long term growth.
Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills along with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure client satisfaction is required.
College degree desired, but not required Sales experience desired, but not required Industry knowledge is a definite plus, but not required.
Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Punctual & Organization is key.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
