We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced team member to work in Production.
Production is accomplished on site, with locally sourced materials & using the 32-millimeter system.
Members of our factory Production team prepare & cut each job to exacting specifications and check it for accuracy and quality before installing in the client's home.
We will be hiring the top candidates for this position.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work with a team of woodworkers to meet/exceed Production related tasks with minimal supervision.
Report to the Production leadership on related activities.
Learn/master shop equipment.
Train new personnel on shop equipment.
Adhere to OSHA safety procedures & guidelines.
Be on time.
Communicate effectively and work as a team.
Read/interpret production blueprints.
Qualifications for the Position:
Woodworking/Cabinet making experience a plus Ability to read/interpret blueprints Ability to lift 70 lbs Forklift certified or ability to become qualified We recognize people as our most valuable asset, so we treat, incentivize and train them as such!
