- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel using the computerized reservation system - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using phone systems and computerized reservation systems - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information At our hotel, we value our Front Desk Agents as they are the first point of contact for our guests.
