Responsibilities:
A high regard for customer service Ability to support incoming customer calls using multi-line switchboard and resolve issues in a timely manner Accurate data entry with the ability to recognize and fix errors.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer Examine and distribute documents and correspondence as needed Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers Work on other tasks and special projects as requested Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience in a similar, administrative support role.
